Welcome to the Halcyon East Homeowners Association (HEHA) web site. Our neighborhood is located off the east side of Taylor Road between The Shoppes at EastChase and Festival Plaza shopping centers in Montgomery, Alabama.
HEHA gives residents of Halcyon East the opportunity to monitor community news and contribute to the success and security of our particular corner of Montgomery. Ms. Ingram: Per our conversation, this is to advise that the present petition to amend the Eastchase PUD to allow apartments on approximately 22 acres along Berryhill Road and Eastchase Lane is being withdrawn. This is being sent to you by me as the attorney for the petitioner. Jim Edwards
