Welcome to the Halcyon East Homeowners Association (HEHA) web site. Our neighborhood is located off the east side of Taylor Road between The Shoppes at EastChase and Festival Plaza shopping centers in Montgomery, Alabama.
HEHA gives residents of Halcyon East the opportunity to monitor community news and contribute to the success and security of our particular corner of Montgomery. Your participation can be via this webpage or in person at one of our regular meetings…or both. No matter what the nature or level of your involvement, we would love to have your support.
